Try to book the earliest flight in the day that you can afford, so you may sidestep the worst of the delays that start in earnest in the afternoons. Interactive museums - I love a normal museum, but I think the creativity of museums that are interactive and more than just looking at art on a wall or things in a case are next level. I've been doing more lately, but some of my favorites have been Hopscotch Portland , Arte Museum and Omega Mart in Las Vegas.

They did things such as go to the zoo and ride around on Segways, tour a local steamboat museum, drive go carts and etc. This included a consult as well. I worked for TWA prior to it’s demise.
