This week I also have a conference to attend and will be away for a few days. There are some great new choices like loaded baked potato, milk chocolate covered pretzels and a cheesecake bar that I can’t wait to try. Now we are planning where to go after lunch at home or before dinner at home while bringing snacks with us.

This was another week where I had some days away from home but this time I stayed on track, pretty much. I say pretty much because on Friday I had lunch at the conference. It’s so much easier at home when I can control more how my food is cooked but eating out is a part of life! pounds for the week and a total of 39.4
