I browned meat, using my homemade taco seasoning and layered chips, meat, cheese, chopped onions, and tomatoes on a large rimmed baking sheet. I still had chopped cooked turkey and homemade stock leftovers in the freezer from Thanksgiving. Thursday: Leftover night from Monday and Wednesday nights dinners.

You’ll save money in the long run by not using disposable bags. My kids love tacos, so I heat leftover taco meat in the microwave, sprinkle on a little cheese, and store in the thermos.
